• Cancellations with less than [24 hours] notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to [50%] of the value of the scheduled service.
• Cancellations on the day of service or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a charge of [100%] of the service fee.
We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee immediate availability.
